About Accuvision
Accuvision มีสำนักงานใหญ่ ที่เมือง อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์แห่งชาติ Hsinchu ประเทศไต้หวัน และมีออฟฟิศสาขาอยู่ที่ Shanghai Dong-guan และ Kunshan ประเทศจีน และมีตัวแทนจำหน่ายอยู่ตามประเทศสำคัญต่างๆทั่วโลก โดยเริ่มต้นจากการผลิตเครื่องมือตรวจสอบชิ้นงานอัตโนมัติ แรกเริ่มในไต้หวัน และได้สะสม ค้นคว้าและพัฒนา ทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์ และซอฟท์แวร์ ด้วยประสบการณ์มากกว่า 20ปี โดยทำโครงการให้กับรัฐบาล และโรงงานใหญ่ๆมากมาย ได้ออกแบบและประสบความสำเร็จ ทำเป็นเครื่องกึ่งสำเร็จรูป โดยริ่เริ่มถาดกระจกคนแรก และจดลิขสิทธ์ต้นแบบ ซึ่งดีกว่าเทคโนโลยีแบบเก่าในด้านความเสถียร ความแม่นยำ ความเร็ว ไม่กระทบชิ้นงาน มองได้รอบด้าน และมากมาย ซึ่งสามารถผลิตเป็นเครื่องจำนวนมาก Mass Production ได้ตั้งแต่ ปี 2006 และประสบความสำเร็จอย่างยอดเยี่ยม โดยครองส่วนแบ่งตลาดในประเทศไต้หวัน มากกว่า 70% โดยโรงงาน ระดับ TOP ในไต้หวันล้วนเป็นลูกค้าของ Accuvision ทั้งหมด และยังประสบความสำเร็จอย่างยอดเยี่ยมต่อเนื่องไปยังประเทศชั้นนำต่างๆทั่วโลก เช่น Germany ซึ่งโรงงานระดับ TOP10 ในเยอรมัน ล้วนเลือกใช้ Accuvision ทั้งหมด รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา และในยุโรป ก็เช่นกัน
ล่าสุด Apple iPhone จากที่เคยใช้เครื่องยี่ห้ออื่นมาก่อน เปลี่ยนมาใช้ Accuvision ทั้งหมด รวมแล้วมากกว่า 200 เครื่อง ซึ่งสามารถพอประมาณได้ว่า Accuvision มียอดขาย เครื่องตรวจสอบและคัดแยกอัตโนมัติ มากที่สุดในโลก และยังคงริเริ่มพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อคงรักษาความเป็นผู้นำ และรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้าให้ได้สูงสุด
Accuvision is based in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, specializes in the design and manufacturing of automatic optical inspection (AOI) application machines, self-developed AOI patent software and hardware.
We focus on High precision, high speed and High tech AOI technology, have RD members with over 20 years design experience.
Precise optical inspection machines are used to solve the quality inspection problem of delicate screw, nuts, rods, micro parts, general fasteners, auto parts, and precise semi-conductor parts, decreases the number of defective products to increase clients' competition
Apply high precision of vision inspection technology to detect the outgoing micro parts quality, for example for the high precision screws, insert nuts, tiny spring and fasteners parts, and effectively improve the overall quality level.
Also as the devices are getting smaller, plus the raw material cost are jumping high and cost by human inspection are getting much higher than before, we provide the automatic, efficient vision inspection machine to improve the outgoing parts quality and with fast return on investment.
